How to Order
1. Fill in the Custom Information Form
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page to tell us about your perfect wand - be as vague or detailed as you'd like!
2. Approve the design
Keep checking your email after you've submitted the form. We'll be in touch in 1-5 working days with a personalised sketch and quote for your wand. If you would like changes to your design then we can update and rework your sketch.
3. Order
Once you've approved the design, you'll receive an invoice via email. Once this has been paid your materials will be ordered and your wand entered into the queue.

How much do custom wands cost?
Custom wand prices start from as low as £90GBP and are typically between £90-150GBP. The exact cost will vary depending on the complexity of the design, the cost of materials, and postal destination. If you have a budget then please share it with us using the form below! Please note you may have custom fees or sales tax to pay on your item depending on the country/state you reside in.
What features can custom wands have?
Custom wands can have a lot of different features, such as:
- Engraved runes or initials
- Custom made stencils to paint names, dates, or other text
- A range of colours and finishes
- Lathe turned wood or acrylic handles
- Inlays (opalite, mother of pearl, resin)
- Crystals and gems
- Resin sections (translucent or pearlescent, including misted sections)
- Hidden compartments or exposed cores
- Special features (pen or light up wands)
- Carvings (dragons, snakes, vines, knotwork, spirals, twists)

Do you work from customer sketches?
We love seeing the sketches and designs created by our customers and are happy to use them when creating a design. If there's any ambiguity we will create a sketch of our own to ensure everyone is on the same page before we start. If you don't love the design we've created, just let us know and we can rework it to make sure you're completely happy before you decide to order!
Can I get my wand quicker?
We do offer a 'rush fee' for custom orders at an additional cost of £30GBP. This is a fee for your wand to be made sooner if there is a particular date you need it by. Please note, this service doesn't delay the progress of any other wands, as we squeeze in the rush order by working on days off!
Delivery and Shipping
The current approximate wait time from ordering until completion of your custom wand is:
8 Weeks
Custom wands are photographed on completion and sent to your email address for you to approve before the wand is posted. Small adjustments may be possible at this stage if requested. If you do not respond within 10 days your wand will be dispatched.
Custom wand orders are not eligible for refunds. All custom wands are shipped with tracking numbers and are fully insured against loss and damage.
